Over 75 group fitness classes are offered weekly at the Fayetteville Athletic Club. We offer classes for the beginner, intermediate and advanced exerciser. From heart pumping classes like group cycling and Body Pump, to mind-body offerings such as yoga and Pilates; our group fitness classes provide the motivation to help you develop a positive health and fitness habit.
