This cardiovascular workout is on a stationary bike, on which the tension can be increased and decreased based on the rider’s preference. The amount of resistance you apply, as you gain strength and endurance, is up to you. With the music playing and the instructor leading the way, it is amazing how you can feed off the energy of the other riders. The Spin Classes we currently offer are described below.
