Massage Services

Swedish Massage
Often referred to as a “classic massage,” the therapist uses long, flowing strokes to relax the body. 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions available.
Deep Tissue Massage
Designed to relieve tension in the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue.
30, 60 and 90 minute sessions available.
Reflexology
Application of appropriate pressure to specific points and areas on the hands, feet and/or ears. These areas correspond to different body systems and can bring a beneficial effect to an individual’s general health. 30 and 60 minute sessions available.
Maternity Massage
A customized massage that can help release the tension and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. 60 and 90 minute sessions available.
Hot Stone Massage
A deeply soothing, relaxing massage that uses heated stones to warm and loosen muscle tissue, increasing the effect of massage on deeper muscle layers. 90 minute session available.
