MYZONE®
FAC features MYZONE® monitors throughout our club. MYZONE® allows you to track your workout throughout FAC using your name or a nickname. The color coded tiles represent your personal intensity. The more effort you put in, the higher the intensity and the more points you earn. Work towards your personal MYZONE® effort points or “MEPS” goal or compete with your friends. You’ll get instant feedback by viewing our monitors so that you know at anytime your heart rate, workout intensity, total calories burned and MEPS earned.
