The FAC Sharks Swim Team is a developmental swim team focused on teaching swimmers competitive skills in a fun environment.

We’re excited to announce the FAC Sharks Swim Team is now year-round program. We currently offer three practice opportunities each week for our Winter Sharks swimmers. To be eligible, swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle independently. If you’re unsure whether your child meets this requirement, feel free to reach out to our Aquatics Director to schedule an evaluation.
2026 Winter/Spring FAC Sharks Rates:
Just a friendly reminder: to receive the member rate, the swimmer must have a junior membership with FAC.

Note: Attendance is flexible—swimmers may attend any or all practices. Monthly fees remain the same regardless of attendance.

2026 FAC SHARKS SUMMER LEAGUE Information: June 1st – July 31st

Fayetteville Athletic Club’s Shark Summer League Swim Team is an exciting, fast‑paced swim experience for athletes ages 5–18. Our program develops competitive skills, builds confidence, and fuels a lifelong love for swimming—all within a fun, motivating, team‑centered environment. This season, swimmers will have the opportunity to compete in four action‑packed dual meets and championship meet. (Parent volunteer timers will be needed for any team‑hosted meets.) To join the Sharks, swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards of freestyle independently. If you’re unsure whether your child meets this requirement, contact our Aquatics Director to schedule a quick evaluation.

2026 Summer League FAC Sharks Rates:
Swimmers registered by June 1 will receive a FAC Sharks team T‑shirt and swim cap—a great way to show team pride all season long. Our flexible attendance model lets swimmers participate in any or all practices offered for their designated practice group, making it easy for families to stay involved on their own schedule. Monthly fees remain the same regardless of attendance, giving every swimmer full access to the program’s training opportunities. A quick reminder: to receive the member rate, swimmers must have an active junior membership with the Fayetteville Athletic Club.

Practice Groups:

We offer two practice groups to ensure every swimmer trains at the right level: Great White Sharks Practice Group Designed for swimmers ages 10 and older, this group focuses on advanced skill development, increased training intensity, and preparing athletes for stronger competitive performance. Hammerhead Sharks Practice Group Designed for swimmers ages 9 and younger, this group emphasizes foundational technique, confidence building, and age‑appropriate instruction in a fun, supportive environment.
The Great White Sharks Practice Group is designed for swimmers ages 10 and older, providing advanced skill development and an increased training focus appropriate for this level.
The Hammerhead Sharks Practice Group is designed for swimmers ages 9 and younger, providing foundational technique, confidence building, and age‑appropriate instruction.
